How it works

  1. Connect your Facebook Business account to Voyado Engage
  2. Choose your Facebook Pages and lead forms to sync
  3. Map the data fields to Engage attributes
  4. Set up automations or flows to activate those leads

Once your leads are in Voyado, you can do the following:
  • Send an automatic email or SMS welcome
  • Confirm customer’s opt-in and start building the user journey
Example: A retailer runs a “New Season Lookbook” campaign on Instagram. As users sign up, they’re automatically added to a targeted welcome flow in Engage.
Split the leads depending on campaign, consent, interest, etc. For example. everyone who came from a specific campaign can get a unique message.Example: A beauty brand offers free samples via a Facebook Lead Ad. Every lead is added to a VIP segment and receives a follow-up offer by email and SMS.

Track how many of your leads make purchases, open emails, click, etc. Then optimize your ads based on this.
Tag leads based on which campaign/form they come from. This can be done either by using labels, or with a custom source field in Engage that is mapped in the configuration area.Make sure you sync consent correctly; this is especially important for SMS.Use personal feeds immediately after the leads come in - the “golden hour” is often decisive.
